Do I need to know how to code?

No — and you never will for this course. Modules 1–4 are entirely point, click, copy, paste. Module 5 covers automation for power users, and even that is written in plain English. If you can export a file from your MLS, you can do everything in BrokerIQ.

What AI tools does the course use? Do they cost extra?

The course is built around Claude, a leading AI assistant with a paid plan (currently around $20/month for the standard tier — a fraction of one month’s coffee budget, and it replaces hours of report-building weekly). Module 1 walks you through setup click by click.

Is this compliant with MLS rules and fair housing?

Compliance gets its own module. You’ll learn the difference between analyzing MLS data for client work (allowed) and republishing raw data (not allowed), plus a fair-housing review workflow and disclaimer language. The course’s core rule: AI drafts, a licensed professional verifies and signs.

How long does the course take?
